Shipping

Orders placed will be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM will leave Misey's offices the following Monday.

Once you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email along with an order number that you can use for any queries.

When the order is processed by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the delivery of your order. If this email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Delays in delivery times

During periods of high demand, such as sales, Christmas, Valentine's Day (holidays in general), we recommend that you make your purchases in advance, as there may be variations in delivery times, delaying preparation by a couple of days.
